1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777n ("777n", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777n online gaming platform, available at 777n.asia and any associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, and game interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). 3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 777n Platform. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across the duplicate accounts and permanent suspension of access to the Platform. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, including family members or third-party services claiming to offer betting assistance.
2. You must notify 777n immediately via the support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777n will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit amount, though 777n reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts at its discretion. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from your mobile banking provider.
2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 777n does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets, bank accounts not registered in the player's name, or payment methods that differ from the deposit method on record.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

1. Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met on the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified in the promotion terms) before the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable funds.
2. Bonuses are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other player or account. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777n Platform. 777n reserves the right to close any account, forfeit any funds, and take such other action as it considers appropriate where any of the following conduct is identified:

1. Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, falsified identity documents, or any other form of deception intended to obtain funds from the Platform.
2. Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format, including sharing of hands, pre-agreed outcomes, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform or other players.
3. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human interface to interact with the Platform, place wagers, participate in games, or claim bonuses.
4. Arbitrage betting or any wagering strategy designed to guarantee a profit by exploiting differences in odds between 777n and any other platform, or by exploiting promotional offers in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
5. Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform, whether in the same name or under different names, for the purpose of claiming promotional offers more than once or circumventing any account restriction or suspension imposed by 777n.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777n shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: technical faults or platform downtime; delayed or failed payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; decisions made by you in the course of wagering; or any unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

777n makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or that any defect will be corrected within a specific timeframe. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In all cases, 777n's total liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the liability arose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777n Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of 777n or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 777n's prior written consent.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

777n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Where 777n has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or provision of false information during registration.
2. Where a player requests self-exclusion or account closure through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or via the support channel. In such cases, 777n will process any pending withdrawals of real-money funds (net of any active bonus balances) before closing the account.
